Order Processing Times

Supplement Products

  • All in-stock supplement products are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Non-Supplement Products

  • Any other products we offer outside of our supplement line may require additional handling and fulfillment time.

  • These items can take up to 2 weeks to process and ship.

  • Processing times may vary depending on availability, supplier timelines, or demand.

If your order includes both supplements and non-supplement items, they may ship separately.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Please note:

  • Delivery time begins after order processing is complete.

  • Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or operational disruptions.

  • Optimiz Health is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders apply only to eligible supplement products.

  • Subscription supplements are processed within 1–3 business days per billing cycle.

  • Your payment method will be charged when the order processes.

  • You will receive tracking information once your subscription shipment is sent.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Optimiz Health is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. You may also reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
